ATREK Light 6×30CF

A relatively low 6x magnification offers both the brightest field of view in the class of 30mm aperture binoculars and comfortable viewing of no shaking. Every lens and prism element is coated with multilayer (= PFM coating) for the minimum contrast. The binocular body is waterproof and hydrophobic coatings are applied to the outer lens surfaces to keep them off from dirt. Most suitable for outdoor use.
The interpupillary distance is adjustable about between 50mm and 70mm and it can be fitted for kids. A lightweight of the binocular allows you to sustain it with your hands easily for long hours without stress. It makes your star watching with the binocular extremely comfortable.

Advance Unit

The advance unit is a dedicated expansion module for STAR BOOK TEN controller for autoguiding. With this unit installed you can view an image from a CCD-based imaging camera, record to or play back from a SD/SDHC memory card, and adjust the shutter exposure controls of a DSLR camera.

• Images by AV analog signal (NTSC composite signal) can be displayed on the screen of the STAR BOOK TEN. The video images can be stored in a SD/SDHC memory card.
• It is designed as a built-in autoguider that works in combination with an optional CCD video camera.
• A SD/SDHC memory card slot is installed on the Advance unit. Video mages captured by the Advance unit can be stored in the SD/SDHC memory card for play back. Also, pictures stored in JPEG and BMP formats to a SD/SDHC memory card can be displayed on the STAR BOOK TEN.

• The Vixen solar observation glass (solar eclipse viewer) uses a solid shield called 'Solar Protec', which is made of a thick acrylic resin coated with evaporated aluminum. This not only reduce visible rays of light so you can view the sun comfortably, but also infrared and ultraviolet rays of light, that are harmful to the unaided eyes, are eliminated It completely protects the retinas of your eyes from damage which could be caused by solar observation. Unlike thin film type materials, which can be in danger of a break or a pinhole, the Vixen's solar eclipse viewer is designed to be the best protection available.
• The 'mask' design of the Vixen solar observation glass has been designed uwith the supervision of an ophthalmologist. • The objective lenses of the ARTES use ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass that yields superb optical performance. With the ED glass the residual chromatic aberration is depressed below the threshold of perception and it realizes surprisingly sharp images.
• The Vixen's "flat multi-coating" that consists of 7 layers of coatings is provided for each of the lens surfaces and it produces very bright and clear field of view.
